Where the information on this site comes from
Every figure has a source and a verification date. We show both on the page.
Weather and snow data
Live temperature, wind, humidity, snowfall and estimated snow depth come from the Open-Meteo weather model (CC BY 4.0). Data is computed separately for the summit and base, downscaled to the requested elevation, and refreshed every half hour.
This is a MODEL output. The snow depth is not a stake measurement on the piste; it is the model's estimate of cover for that coordinate. On groomed and snowmade pistes the real depth can differ noticeably.
When the provider cannot be reached the page does not show a stale value; it says the data is unavailable and points to the official source.
Lift and piste data
Piste count, difficulty split, the list of mechanical installations, line lengths, base and top elevations, and hourly uphill capacity are taken from the official publication of Kayseri Erciyes A.Ş.
The data was cross-checked by confirming that the per-gate piste totals add up to the official overall count. Each page shows the source name and the verification date.
Per-lift hourly capacity is not published individually in the official source, so this site shows no per-lift capacity — only the resort total.
Data we do not publish
Live open/closed status is read from the official Kayseri Erciyes A.Ş. status page every 15 minutes and shown as-is; it is not interpreted and nothing is inferred. If the page cannot be read or its structure changes, the table is hidden rather than published half-complete or stale.
We do not publish prices. Lift pass, equipment and accommodation prices change within a season, and publishing a price that cannot be tied to a dated, verified source sends readers to the wrong budget.
We do not publish per-gate distances to the city centre; the official source carries no data at that granularity, so the field is left empty.
