Personal data processed
No personal data is requested from users who visit only to read. The data below is processed only if you use the contact form.
- Identity data: name and surname
- Contact data: email address, and phone number if provided
- Transaction security data: the page the message was sent from and the time of sending
- Message content: subject and free text
Purpose and legal basis
Your personal data is processed solely to answer the request or question you have sent. This processing relies on the legitimate interest of the data controller under KVKK art. 5/2-(f), provided it does not harm the data subject's fundamental rights and freedoms.
The data is not used for marketing, is not subject to profiling, and is not fed into automated decision-making.
Transfers
Your personal data is not sold to third parties and is not shared for marketing. No transfer takes place beyond the hosting and infrastructure providers on which the data resides.
No visitor data is sent to the weather and snow data provider; those requests are made server-side and carry nothing that identifies a visitor.
Rights of the data subject
Under KVKK art. 11 you have the following rights:
- To learn whether your personal data is being processed
- To request information about it if it has been processed
- To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly
- To request correction if it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly
- To request deletion or destruction within the conditions set by the law
- To request that correction, deletion or destruction be notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred
- To object to a result against you arising from analysis solely by automated systems
- To claim compensation if you suffer loss due to unlawful processing

You can submit requests relating to the rights above to info@erciyescanli.com. Your application will be concluded as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on its nature.
You may need to provide information that allows us to verify your identity before your request can be assessed.
